The Del Norte Superior Court Clerk's Office will begin to reopeon from 8:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. starting on Monday, February 22, 2021.  There will only be two people allowed in the filing lobby area.  All others must wait outside the doors in the greater lobby area, social distanced.  Masks are to be worn at all times when coming into the building.

The Clerk’s Filing Mailbox (Courthouse Mailbox #31) will continue to be available for filings.  You can drop off proofs of corrections for traffic infractions at this mailbox as well.  Payments will be taken at the counter but can also be completed on-line through NCourt.com or by calling them at (707) 460-4123. 

The Self-Help Assistant will continue to be available by phone and email but can also help in person from her door Tuesday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.

The Family Law Facilitator will also be available in person Mondays and Tuesdays but also by phone and email.   

If you are feeling symptoms of COVID-19 please do not come to the courthouse.  If you have an attorney, please call him or her to get a continuance.  If you do not have an attorney, call the clerk's office for assistance and information at (707) 464-8115.
