Due to the high active COVID-19 cases in our county the Del Norte Superior Court Clerk’s Office filing counters will again be closed until further notice.
The Clerk’s Filing Mailbox (Courthouse Mailbox #31) will continue to be available for filings. Paperwork will be held for a 24-hour period (no exceptions) so please plan accordingly. You can drop off proofs of corrections for traffic infractions at this mailbox as well. Payments should be done on-line through our website to NCourt or by phone by calling NCourt at 707-460-4123.
The Self-Help Assistant and the Family Law Facilitator are available by phone or email only. No in-person help until further notice.
If you are feeling symptoms of COVID-19 please do not come to the courthouse. If you have an attorney, please call him or her to get a continuance. If you do not have an attorney, please stay on the line and listen for further options and or to speak to someone in the clerk’s office.
