Due to the current community-wide spread of COVID-19, the Del Norte Superior Court counters will be closed until further notice.

 

The Clerk’s Filing Mailbox (Courthouse Mailbox #31) will be available to drop off your filings.  There is also an external drop box right outside the building.  Paperwork will be held for a 24-hour-period (no exceptions), so please plan accordingly.  You can drop off proof of corrections for traffic and infractions at this mailbox as well.  Payments should be completed on-line or by calling NCourt at 707-460-4123.

 

The Self-Help Assistant and the Family Law Facilitator are available by phone or email only.  No in-person help until further notice.

 

*Masks are to be worn in all areas of the courthouse pursuant to the recommendation of the local public health office.
